As soon as I walked in to Piazza Honda, I was greeted by the salesman, Mark, who was very friendly and informative during my test drives. He answered all of my questions, with confidence and with extra information. Ben, the financial manager, was very informative and helpful as well!  I 100% recommend this dealership and any establishment owned by the Piazza Family. I had an amazing experience here. Mike Keene was the biggest help In knowing exactly what to do for us having full knowledge of the trials and tribulations of car sales.. Mike and the financial official Joe Fialho went beyond the measure of any generic salespeople to make sure that I was able to get into a vehicle. I was in dire need and my way of life was on the line and these guys came through for me bringing me to tears in this dealership. Rest assure that you will be shown car-fax without even asking, you will have a beautiful new or pre-owned car that is safe and reliable. You won't be profiled for who you are and what you look like. I just wanted to take a moment to tell you about my first encounter with your service department.  I brought my 2014 CR-V in Monday morning for it's free oil change.  I went to the express service desk where I spoke to Marshelle.  She is a fantastic employee, she was courteous and friendly from the start.  She was great to talk and not only that, but she was able to show me some things about that car that I did not know, such as the low tire pressure reset button and how to reset the oil change indicator light.  I explained to her that sometimes I like to change my own oil in the nice weather.  She showed me where to remove the splash guard and also where the oil drain plug and filter were.  I have had my share of bad experiences with service departments at other dealerships.  This was a breath of fresh air and Marshelle was a big part of that.

I was at the dealership yesterday shopping for a new Civic to lease for my daughter. She is a first time car buyer and was quite nervous about the whole process. She had been to another Honda dealership and was not treated well there, so she had some trepidation about going to another dealership. Jose greeted us with a wonderful smile and I could see that she felt comfortable with him right from the beginning. We negotiated the sale, finally agreed on price....then they ran her credit check. Much to her dismay, she was declined by Honda finance...not because of poor credit, but due to lack of substantial credit history. She is college student and working in retail. I explained to them this was such a catch 22! She can't build her credit if no one is willing to provide her the credit! It's such a predicament for these young kids now. We were so disappointed, however understood their decision. We left the dealership with some tears and were walking to the car when Jose followed us out to the parking lot and stated that Brent, the sales manager was going to try one more way to get her credit approved. After hours of sitting and waiting...even leaving the dealership...Jose called us back to inform us that she had been APPROVED!!! Without the hard work and effort of Brent, Jose and Ben, I truly feel that we would have walked out that door and never looked back. They really went above and beyond customer service to assist us in making this deal happen. They were so patient and reassuring which made the whole process so much easier. It is so nice to know that there are still conscientious, caring and dedicated sales people out there. We can't thank them enough...and as a parent..I don't have to worry anymore about her old car breaking down in the middle of the night! Job well done gentleman and I commend you on your outstanding customer service level. My daughter is absolutely thrilled with her new Civic! We truly are so grateful.

 My total experience with Piazza Honda of Pottstown, was great. From the Salesperson (Paul) to Sales Manager, Notary, Ben, overall all were very helpful and great customer service. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends, especially seniors who have money. They usually pay cash with trade-in.

The other evening my mother tried to get into her CR-V and no matter what we tried, we could not get the car to unlock. She lives about 45 minutes away from us in Limerick and of course we were scrambling to figure out what to do next. It was close to 8pm in the evening so we tried calling Piazza Honda and she got Jose from Sales. She explained what happened and not knowing us and not even getting the Honda from that dealership, Jose immediately asked what our address was so he could come out right away to check out the car. He was there 15 minutes later! Again, this was close to 8:30pm in the evening. He was pretty sure it was a key issue and suggested we drive out to get her spare key (which we did the next day and the spare worked!). But he said that he was going to be back at work the next morning and he would make arrangements for her car to be picked up and brought in for service right away that morning. Jose promptly called my house at 8am the next morning and asked if the spare key and if my mother was okay and needed anything. I want to personally thank Jose for his amazing customer service and cultivating a new customer relationship! I still can't believe he drove out to our house at night not knowing us from Adam. He's a class act with A++ service! I have been a VW customer for over 20 years and am seriously considering purchasing a Honda for my next car. Thanks again for everything!

I came to Piazza Honda last month looking at used Civics. Chai mentioned that they had a couple brand new 2013 Civics available for a little more money. I test drove a 2013 Civic and loved it. Chai was extremely easy to work with and even went as for as going in on his day off to take care of my down payment. He also worked around my availability and was always available for questions. Overall a great experience with Piazza Honda and I would definitely recommend it to friends.

My husband and I stopped in on a whim, sort of looking for a newer used card. José Figueroa was extremely accommodating, even though it was near closing time. We saw the Toyota Matrix, took it for a ride and fell in love with the car. José worked with us to get us to our target monthly payment. Being a used car, there were some unexpected hiccups. The service department at Piazza Honda quickly arranged correction of the problem. The potential buyers regret was quickly alleviated by the dedicated service from all aspects of Piazza Honda. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car, be it new or used.

Chai was a very pleasant sales person to work with.  I really appreciate his no pressure sales approach.  He took the time to show me all of the features of the Odyssey, and when my purchase was complete he also took the time to pair my phone with the car and to make sure I was comfortable with all of the controls.  I will recommend family and friends to see Chai for their next car purchase!

I purchased a 2014 Honda CRV last week!  This was my first car purchase on my own and I couldn't be happier!  Steve Minford was my Sales Consultant, he answered any questions I had and was very knowledgeable.  I came in the week prior to test drive the 2014 Honda Civic and CRV - I wanted to test drive both.  I have had many friends who have had the Civic's, so I was used to their size and handling, but the technology in the EX trim level was incredible!  If you have an iPhone 5 or higher, you can purchase a HondaLink app and be able to get the entire map, like a Navi system!  Pretty cool!!  I decided to go with the CRV for space, something different and the AWD, especially after the winter we just had!  After the purchase, they provided a complimentary first oil change voucher and offer free pa state inspections.  I also like that they have a refer a friend program, which entails a $100 to you when you refer a friend!  That's awesome!!  I am enjoying it and would highly recommend Steve and Piazza Honda of Pottstown to my friends and family!!

I ended up getting a beautiful CR-V this past Saturday. You have an awesome staff. Helen was the lady that handled everything. She's a gem. I have not seen customer service like that in years. Your entire staff, including the gentleman that handled the lease documents, are outstanding. I've been in Dodge products for the last 30 years; I have no idea why I waited this long to buy a Honda. I love this car!! We received a memo in the mail from our old Dodge dealership; we were actually going to send it back saying we no longer had the vehicle, but if they needed a car, go to Piazza...they will take care of you! I wanted to let you know what a great experience I had in working with Mr. Chai Saensuk, Sales Consultant.  I came into your dealership around a month ago and began looking at new Honda CRV's.  Mr. Saensuk was very knowledgeable, professional, listened, asked the right questions and took the time needed to show me your stock which matched my criteria.  When showing me your stock, Mr. Saensuk never hesitated in going out in the snow accompanying me to look at the three vehicles I was interested in.  We also took out a vehicle in the snow, for the test drive.  I was going to return that day to finalize my purchase; I couldn't decide on the color.  Due to heavy snow, we encountered a problem at our home and had to put my purchase on hold for a few weeks.  I phoned Mr. Saensuk and told him I would be returning but at a later date.  Again, he was very professional.  This past Saturday, we returned, finalized the paperwork and drove home with the CRV.  Mr. Saensuk followed up with a phone call and suggested I come in for an overview on all the new features I now had in my vehicle.  I did this yesterday and I wanted to let you know how knowledgeable Mr. Saensuk was.  This is my second new CR-V the first being purchased in 2005 which is running strong.  Again, I want to thank Mr. Saensuk for all his help in making this purchase a pleasure.
